Once the site of a U.S. Army Battery, Milagra Ridge is an isolated ecosystem that is now part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. This beautiful area is a natural habitat of Mission Blue and San Bruno Elfin butterflies and blooms full of thousands of tiny wild coast strawberries in late Spring. The area is a great spot for hiking.

Mori Point is located in Pacifica, California, and offers a stunning view of beautiful coastline California. In the Fall of 2007, a staff from the Golden Gate National Recreation Area along with a group of volunteers, removed contaminated soil and added a new pond, wetlands area and a new path with access steps up to the top of Mori Point bluff.
